That's Alicia and Chris - the original "Team Fascione." Alicia and husband Jason got to relive their days at Gregg Restaurant where they met. At Gregg's they used to start each day blowing up balloons, so soon after arrival they were tying balloons, giving the HiHat it's Breast Cancer Pink motif.
I've been unable to easily post multiple photos on the blog with text, so I'm going to include text here and follow up with a blog of just photos.
The music was terrific with Jessie Hughes starting the live music, and then Amy joined him for a couple of songs. Helder Pires, aka DJ Mamba filled in a little time before Santa Mamba took to the stage. Special Guests "Bobby Bongos" and Jesus joined them for several songs.
All in all, the event was quite a success. The staff at the HiHat did a terrific job and everyone enjoyed the show, took a turn on the dance floor and paid tribute to those struggling with breast cancer.
We want to thank Santa Mamba, our volunteers and our fans for making this an incredibly successful event. First time, no corporate sponsors and we will have a substantial donation to make at the Making Strides walk.
